We have completely cleaned and professionally disinfected the entire facility. We will be implementing several changes for the safety of our clients, staff, and community at large. We have done our best to streamline the drop-off and pick-up process and hope that you will find our new process more convenient than before 🙂
Pick-up and Drop-off Service
We will continue to offer pick-up and drop-off service for your convenience during the pandemic.
Vehicle Disinfection
All vehicles will be disinfected before and after service. Touchpoints such as the vehicle keys and fob, steering wheel, inside and outside door handles, gear shifter, and turn signal switch will be disinfected.
Loaner Cars
Our loaner cars and keys will be disinfected between each client.
No Face-to-Face
In order to limit exposure of our clients and staff to possible infection, we will not be greeting clients face-to-face. Although this runs counter to the friendly, customer service oriented experiences you have had in the past, we feel that this is an important step to meet the social distancing standards set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Vehicle Drop-Off
Our reception area and client lounge will be locked for the duration of the pandemic. Therefore, we will not be taking waiting appointments. Clients are asked to use our after-hours key drop-off process during business hours in addition to after-hours. A detailed procedure for doing so is posted on our front door as well as near the key drop slot.
Vehicle Pick-Up
Our staff will contact you when the service is completed. A detailed description of how to retrieve your vehicle and keys will be provided at that time. Our method is very secure, however, we would rather not disseminate that information widely.
Payment
It is our preference to process all payments electronically. We will not refuse cash or check, however, we are asking that you do everything in your power to pay electronically. Upon completion of the service to your vehicle, you will receive a text message with a link to pay through our electronic payment portal. This is the most secure method for payment available, much more so than pay by phone.
